A
woman in dark clothing was playing the piano.
I
was in Tuscon, Arizona, almost at the end of my brief hitchhiking adventure, never to hitchhike again.
*
The
woman was playing something by Scarlatti.
I
liked it, whatever it was called.
She
came to the end of it.
She
scooted around on the piano bench.
She
was stunningly beautiful with one eye missing.
One
word came to mind:
Picasso.
IT'S
ABOUT RENEWABLE RESOURCES AND THE WOMAN WITH ONE EYE
