I'm
having a rough time getting to sleep.
I'm
thinking about some disturbing news concerning the future.
In
about two to four billion years the Milky Way Galaxy will collide
with the Andromeda Galaxy (M31).
That's
the bad news.
The
good news (or maybe it isn't) is that humans will be long
gone...unless future human life has continued in the form of cyborgs.
We
will never know unless we can get time
travel to work.
Worrying
about this prediction is like worrying about whether the sun will
rise tomorrow.
I
am now taking two aspirin, and will begin counting sheep.
