Many independent analysts question the wisdom of leaving some 50,000 American troops as advisers, trainers and counter-terrorism units in Iraq after the withdrawal of 140,000 by 2010. Those forces would be protecting a sectarian political regime that is linked to death squads, militias and a detention system now holding 50,000 Iraqis in violation of human rights standards.
CIA and Special Forces operatives already have invaded Pakistan to set up a secret base from which to hunt Osama bin Laden--before Mr. Bush leaves office--as well as fighting Al Qaeda and the Taliban on the ground and from pilotless Predator drones.
All this constitutes yet another preventive war by the United States, this one in violation of Pakistan's sovereignty and against the stated policies of the newly elected Pakistani government, not to mention the overwhelming sentiment among Pakistan's people. On the Afghan front, the Taliban will be able to retreat in the face of greater US firepower, or attack like Lilliputians from multiple sides if the US concentrates its forces around the Pakistan border. Further violence and tides of anti-American sentiment could sweep across the region into Pakistan with unpredictable results.
Only a short time ago, the United States was supporting the jihadists in the same tribal areas as they ventured to destroy the Soviet occupation. In the same years, the United States was hosting the Taliban for talks on a possible oil pipeline across Afghanistan. Since twists and turns seem to be the only pattern in divide-and-conquer strategies, it is possible that Obama thinks being tough towards Afghanistan and Pakistan is a defensive cover for withdrawing from Iraq, and he later will follow up with unspecified diplomacy after he takes office. But history shows that creeping escalations create a momentum and constituency of their own. Obama might get lucky, lower the level of the visible wars and embrace a diplomatic offensive. But North and South Waziristan could be his Bay of Pigs.
To borrow a popular phrase of the season, ending one war Iraq to start two more in Afghanistan and Pakistan seems to be a dumb idea.

Finally, Phil Schneider lamented that the democracy he loved no longer existed. Whatever we think of Phil Schneider's claims, there is no denying that he was of peculiar interest to the FBI and CIA. According to his widow, intelligence agents thoroughly searched the premises shortly after his death and made off with at least a third of the family photographs.

Contrary to popular belief, the U.S. military has sufficient military capacity to initiate, and sustain, military strike options ranging from a limited attack against one or two targets, lasting less than a day, to a massive aerial bombardment of Iran lasting 30-45 days. Current speculation holds that the Pentagon is leaning toward the limited strike option, but given the fact that no one can predict how Iran would respond to even a limited air strike against its territory, the potential for escalation exists which finds the United States engaged in an all-out aerial onslaught against Iran is all too real.

Stan Meyer was our technological savior. He said that
His water powered car was better than an electric car because without numerous solar panels and plenty of sunlight they too must be charged by electricity produced ultimately from fossil fuels. Stan's car was far ahead of General Motors hydrogen car, which simply burned hydrogen stored in a fuel tank which had also been produced with power generated by fossil fuels.
Stan found a way of using only half an amp of electricity to fracture water molecules separating the oxygen and hydrogen on demand. As the hydrogen was produced it was burned creating combustion more powerful than gasoline, and water was the only significant exhaust emission. Stan Meyer's water engine technology could easily have been developed to power planes, ships, trains, and spacecraft, completely eliminating our need for oil.
Stan Meyer said he trusted in angels to protect him, but in March 1998, Stan was poisoned and died in the parking lot of a restaurant in his home town of Grove City, Ohio. According to his brother Steve, the U.S. Government came to Stan's home a week after his murder and confiscated his car, which got 100 miles per gallon of water, and they stole all of his research equipment which he had used to develop the new technology.
Stan had been threatened many times and would not sell out to Arab Oil Corp. Stan said he was offered a billion dollars from an Arab to basically shelve his idea but he said, "No, this technology is for the people."

Some things need to disappear from the Internet due to major inconsistencies.
PHIL SCHNEIDER UPDATE
I DO NOT THINK THAT ANYTHING NEEDS TO DISAPPEAR FROM THE INTERNET, CONSISTENCIES OR INCONSISTENCIES. THIS IS FOR THE CITIZENS TO DECIDE. DO YOU WORK FOR THE GOVERNMENT?
No actually I do not work for the government, I'm retired, it's just that after Schneider died his Social Security records were available and it told a much different picture.
I am an abductee so certainly I do not debunk those within the realms of ufology unless they are full of it and Phil Schneider was full of it. I didn't need to do the math either, which does speak for itself.
Considering his age, and the fact that there are absolutely no college records for him, he couldn't have been any of the four descriptions that he says he holds degrees for. For that matter, and again considering his age and his job dates and descriptions, he would have had to have finished college at age 17 and acquired all 4 degrees by the age of 17.
Does it make sense now.
Plus, Phil Schneider never told anyone where he truly worked and who he worked for. He simply worked for the Army Corp of Engineers, which he NEVER mentioned all of those years. Why do you think that is? It's obvious, he did not want everyone to know that he was just digging ditches or rather tunnels in his case.
That's what the Army Corp of Engineers do, one of the things anyway and they are the ones that are hired to dig those tunnels that house our military so that they're not above ground and instead are protected by the nuts who might someday attack military bases.
It's not uncommon in the least that military go underground. They've been going underground every since we dropped the two bombs on Japan so why is that such a big conspiracy. I would rather they work in a safe location if someone were to try attacking our nation and not sitting above ground like a sitting duck.
Logic dictates that but as far as Phil goes, he was an individual with low self-esteem and required a special kind of attention, which he got from his lies and fabrications. It's called narcissism and it's quite common. The sad thing here is that narcissism is not caused by the individual but rather those around them such as family members, teachers, other relatives, etc. They kicked him down and at probably a very young age was made to feel worthless. He didn't bring it on himself, others did. And now we all pay a price for such fabrications just because to tell those stories makes him feel better about himself.
Look at the dates and you'll understand better. Go back and listen to his YouTubes and you'll see. He's a very sad individual who bounces around from subject to subject one sentence after the next and never settles down on one single topics and then when he does he fumbles horribly because he's lying. That's what liars do, they fumble. There's lots of signs by just listening to and watching Phil Schneider.
His wife is the one that somewhat busted him by reporting certain things on the Internet that got others looking. She said things that he's never repeated. It's what is never said that means more than anything else because he was hiding many things about his life.
Phil was dieing long before he died. He knew that and he was medicating himself.
This is a guess but I would say that it's a pretty good guess that he wrapped that rubber hose around his neck and attempted suicide because he was 1.) suffering because he was dieing and 2.) wanted to make it look like a suicide and that the government did it because he NEVER produced those pages to the public that he said he had. So, he went out his way.
Thank you, alien contactee, for you response. I had not even heard of Phil Schneider until a few days ago, but I found this information on him and found it interesting. I do not and did not know its accuracy. I will visit you site and read more, but can I ask you some questions (whose answers might be in your site): Do you believe aliens are here? Do you believe anything is true in Corso's book THE DAY AFTER ROSWELL ?
Also, do you really believe that "things need to disappear from the Internet"? That's the assertion that made me ask if you worked for the government (which was tongue in cheek). THANKS for your time.
It all makes perfect to me now...
As far as those things that I feel should leave the Internet, they are situations that have already been thoroughly debunked and are not of question any longer.
Just off the top of my head that would be The Dr. Reed Alien Encounter Hoax, William (Bill) Cooper and also Dr. Wolf. There's others but you know what, you need to read up on every one anyway. I say this because by learning what stories they (the fabricators) had to tell, you'll see those same stories crop up again by another. That's when someone utilizes someone else's experience in order to fabricate his own. Schneider did that on occasion by using William Cooper's experiences.
The Dr. Reed hoax was thoroughly debunked in (I think) 2002 and it took two years of work and a lot of their own $$$ in order to accomplish that. It can be found here below.
Dr. Reed Hoax
Unfortunately, after the UFO Watchdog spent their own personal time and money on that subject back in 2002, Reed popped back in, in 2007 with his tapes on YouTube.
That's scary because those people (Reed and cohorts) are in Mexico and taking credit cards for video and book sales. How can someone trust someone who purposely sells a hoax as the truth and then give them their credit card number in another country yet. That's why I say it's scary because they're burning YouTube viewers. This is also why they control the comments in their video areas. They don't want anyone to comment that was a).Burned or b.)Having credit card problems. I've written YouTube and told them of my suspicions but they don't care to involve themselves and their not the Internet police. There's nothing anyone can do but meanwhile, those 108 Reed videos in YouTube have gotten a total of 532,000 hits. I talked to the gentleman that worked on the original Reed case from UFO Watchdog and he told me that there's nothing we can do and that people are going to believe whatever they want to believe.
Reed: (aka: odisealinker and aka: JoanScutter) have their comments on YouTube set to delete. I can't get a word in edgewise. I've tried and my IP address was banned, even after using 6 different Yahoo email addresses for 6 different YouTube accounts. I tried everything but there's no getting by them - so, like he said - let people believe what they want to believe.
The reason that such things bother me so is because they're too "out there" if you know what I mean and I'm an abductee so what that does is make my trek more difficult. Us abductees end up looking like something out of an Enquirer Magazine because of their antics. For the same reason most abductees won't come out of the closet because they don't want to be labeled or ridiculed. Even I don't post much at all about my experiences for the same reason and that's the saddest damn thing anyone could ever have to say.
In the interim and shy of having to sift through a lot of the muckity muck, go directly to the UFO Watchdog website and troll around in there. Especially check out the Hall of Shame. There is where you'll find the truth on the biggies.
The UFO Watchdog is not a debunker website. They believe in the existence of alien spacecraft in our airspace, etc. Like me, they were just sick of the crap and decided to do something about it is all.
UFO Watch Dog HALL of SHAME
They go after people you wouldn't expect just because they messed up themselves due to the practices of another. Art Bell is one instance because he was taken in by another but that happens. Arts a great guy. Anyway, that addy above should answer most of your questions about the other questionable ones.
As far as Corso goes, I've read everything under the sun but I prefer not to comment. I will say that he only ever produced his military records and 'words' and nothing more. Without physical proof, in my mind - words are meaningless. And, he promoted and believed in the Ray Santilli film (alien autopsy), which we all know for a fact was completely hoaxed since one of the model creators came forward with proof in 2006 or 2007, I don't remember which.
I do not believe aliens are here, I know for a fact that they are here. You however cannot believe that because you have not observed such yourself. Science dictates that one should never believe anything until tested or observed. Those are the rules so you can only put that in the back of your mind as a probability or theoretical and are never allowed to file it in that small filing cabinet in your brain marked 'truth'. That's just the way it is and it's how you'll keep your sanity if you're surfing aliens and UFOs. Believe nothing but consider everything.
As far as the things that need to disappear, they would be the ones I mentioned above like I said and there's another list but they won't disappear because you can't inform all of the people all of the time. Even if I get a hand hold, another batch of adolescents come on the Internet and start kicking up the old stories in forums and such and here we go again. It's an endless cycle. Simply, it comes down to educating yourself while using your best judgment (and believe it or not, simple logic) and you'll find your answers.
