BON-BONS AND NEO CONS

"To question your government is not unpatriotic — to not question your government is unpatriotic."

Chuck Hagel

To Mr. Hagel’s allies, his presence at the Pentagon would be a very personal repudiation of the interventionist approach to foreign policy championed by the so-called Vulcans in the administration of President George W. Bush, who believed in pre-emptive strikes against potential threats and the promotion of democracy, by military means if necessary.
“This is the neocons’ worst nightmare because you’ve got a combat soldier, successful businessman and senator who actually thinks there may be other ways to resolve some questions other than force,” said Richard L. Armitage, who broke with the more hawkish members of the Bush team during the Iraq war when he was a deputy to Secretary of State Colin L. Powell.
William Kristol, the editor of The Weekly Standard, who championed the Iraq invasion and is leading the opposition to Mr. Hagel’s nomination, says the former senator and his supporters are suffering from “neoconservative derangement syndrome.”

The hegemonic hopes and dreams of the Neo Cons to hatch more military operations are being threatened by Chuck Hagel (United States Senator from Nebraska, 1997 to 2009).

President Obama has nominated Mr. Hagel to be the next Secretary of Defense.

GOP policy and philosophy now seem to be:

F*** Y** if you don’t agree with us, or don’t like what we want done.”

Thank you, Cheney of Dick and Mr. Boner…I mean Boehner.

*

Alex Jones doesn’t want our government to do anything it wants to do, and especially not the disarming of citizens.

Jones is right about this, but his recent rant on Piers Morgan made him look and sound like a dangerous lunatic.

*

Chuck Hagel is another matter.

He is a war hero who is a conservative when it comes to war.

He, therefore, is not exactly a bosom buddy of the Military-Industrial Complex.

*

Let’s start minting those trillion-dollar platinum coins!

 Make a thousand of them!

This ought to lower the debt ceiling and stop the GOP from their perpetual filibustering!

*

Let there be a DUEL between Alex Jones and Piers Morgan, and see who has the best aim.

No, Mr. Jones, you can’t use one of your high-powered rifles, and only one gun will be allowed.

IT’S ABOUT RENEWABLE RESOURCES STUPID!
