IMPEACH NOW

Should Dick Cheney and George W. Bush be impeached?
Why?
Why not?
This is not a partisan matter.
In fact, it is a BIPARTISAN matter of great importance.
For the good of the United States, and for the good of tomorrow’s children, this leadership which has misled its citizens and the world must be brought to justice.
Although I have not yet read THE CASE FOR IMPEACHMENT: The Legal Argument for Removing George W. Bush from Office by Dave Lindorff and Barbara Olshansky, I shall read it.
I expect my own opinion that the Long War President and all of his henchmen should be impeached will be bolstered.
It is time to act.
It is time for action.
This administration’s machinations and fabrications shall not be allowed to stand.
Below are a few salient points about impeachment.

“The process of congressional hearings that impeachment entails rips apart the lies and deceptions; the duplicities and deceit; the cover-ups and crimes of the officials being investigated. Indeed, the high crimes and misdemeanors that the impeached official is charged with become apparent during this process. Let us hope that those in the Bush administration that this book charges with said offenses will face such a fate.”

”In 1973 and 1974, as the Nixon administration circled its wagons, there was a fear that the fragile freedoms and structures defined in the US constitution would become history unless Richard Nixon was removed from office. It is Lindorff and Olshansky's contention that this is an even more likely--and frightening--possibility if George Bush is not impeached.”

“The complicity of the Congress and the courts proves that the attack on the Constitution is being waged from all three divisions of the US government. Impeaching Bush and Cheney would not end the assault, but it would strike a mighty blow. Like the Hydra of Herculean legend, the beast of despotism has but one essential head and, when that head is destroyed, the Hydra will be, too. The White House is that essential head.”

Why are you Anonymous?
Yes, you're right about this LETTER being a YAWN.
But the issue is nothing to yawn about.
Unless you are a supporter of the subversion of the U.S. Constitution which Dubya described as "Just a Godamned piece of paper."
The American people are waking up.
Fewer and fewer continue to yawn like you, nameless as you are.
